I would probably play him at 12 or 8 sean, with my preference being for 12.
Depending on which you chose though he does need a little more work, if you went for 12 then he would need his Attack & Speed raising (other back skills as well) or at 8 you would be looking at Tech & Strength (plus other forward skills). Either way he is a very nice player who could become a very good one with not too much work

I agree with Mark. He is a cracking alround player but lacking the handling for a 9 (not a big fan of kicking for my 9s) which is where I would want to play him. Either way (8/12) you are likely to have a mismatch against whomever you play. @8 the agility is likely to be higher than other forwards and at 12 his strength/weight combo is likely to be higher.
His jumping probably makes me want to say he is a 12 first.

I'd put him at 12 and give single sessions for all but kicking and jumping (double p where you want) and change this in a season or 2 when you want more stamina, handling, attack, speed, agility

ya see thats the problem iv been training him up as a crash ball centre but with only one session available at the moment iv been playing him a few places lately just to see and he does good in a lot of places but not great
