| Just wondering how you would all train a 17 year old wing with standard starting stats on 8 sessions a week? | |

| Sean's plan sounds pretty sensible to me. Though you might try rotating the 2 sessions on pops, so when Speed and Agility pop, switch Handling and Attack to 2 sessions and drop Speed and Agility to 1 each (don't forget to change TT when you do this though). | |

long term prospect or U20 hope project? long term => 1 stam 1 def 1 hand 1 atk 1 spd 2 agi last would most likely rotate, double stam early is fine, but could get str or tech aswell. or double atk (1 agi because I think it's one of the skill I've less in the team training with kick and jump, maybe if you have it in TT you can go double atk) U20 => 1 stam 1 def 1 hand 2 atk 2 spd 1 agi | |
