S14 changes

On the back of the announced changes for S14 i thought it might be a good idea to track our membership gains as a nation.
It seems likely that, as a smaller nation, our weekly gains will drop slightly next season, so it might be useful to try to get an idea of the effects so we can kick up a fuss if the changes are too draconian.

I have been gaining 11-13 members each week this season and will be making a note of how many i get each week from now on.

I have been getting an average of 10 new members each week for the past couple of seasons. Though this did drop off at the start of the season when my contentment dropped to Buoyant when I was only getting 3-4 new members each week.

Not sure if we could stir up a fuss since I have almost 400 members than someone who started at the same time as me, also members have no relation to contentment

Sorry Sean, but yes they do. The lower your contentment the lower the number of new members you gain each week.

As for you having more than your counterpart elsewhere, that is all good an well for yourself but what about the new starters in Zim? They will be hit very hard by this as our Div III is made up mainly of bots, so their membership gain is going to be very slow compared to their counterparts in larger countries.

And that's with having 1407 members currently and thats with average contentment over that period being at around 55 (Just above middle)

based on a current total of 1446 members and an average of thrilled contentment.

So, i wonder if today is a sign of things to come.. only 6 new members, my worst figure for over a season!

I currently have 1436 members and my average contentment has been about 50 for the past 6/7 weeks.

Same format as mark's - 1402 members. Contentment has been between 68 and 50 in this period.

I got 25!!

I only got 6 new ones but yet again I only have buoyant fans not like I came second or anything in my league!

9 new members for me on cheery contentment

13 on blissful, sounds pretty average, Flopman probably pumps it up
